Rules and Restrictions
- ♦ Check-in is 3:00 pm. Checkout and vacate the room at 11:00am. If a guest stays 60 minutes beyond check-out, they will be charged for an additional day of lodging, unless prior arrangements have been made.
♦ Hotel Villa QQ is not responsible for any damage or theft to guest vehicles, or it’s contents.
♦ Hotel Villa QQ is not responsible for any losses forgotten by guests left in rooms. The hotel administration will hold all items for 30 days after check-out. If items have not been claimed within that time, they will be disposed of.
♦ Only registered guests may spend the night in any room.
♦ Hotel guests are not allowed to have any animal in the room, with the exception of certified assistance animals used by disabled persons.
♦ Hotel guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged hotel property.
♦ Parties or events are not allowed. Guests are expected to be respectful of others at Hotel Villa QQ, and maintain proper decorum. Drunken behavior will not be tolerated.
♦ Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited. It is only allowed outside on terraces or balconies away from any open windows.
♦ Pool hours are from 10:00am to 11:00pm. Guests must sign out a complementary pool towel from hotel staff for use while enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. If it is not returned, a fee will be incurred. We request you do not use towels from the room.
♦ To avoid issues with the plumbing, it is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the toilet. There is a refuse can by the toilet for guests to deposit any used toilet paper or feminine hygiene products.
♦ Use of the common areas such as the palapa, gardens, or exterior patios is not allowed after 11:00 pm.
♦ Any breach of these rules for lodging at Hotel Villa QQ by the guest will be cause for termination of the lodging contract.
