The Villa QQ is renowned for its most famous guest, the English poet and novelist, D.H. Lawrence, who wrote the draft of his great work “The Plumed Serpent” right here in Chapala. The Villa QQ has named this enormous first floor room the D.H.Lawrence Suite and it’s our most sought after space. The signature suite offers princely comforts, decorative flourishes and history. It’s a ground floor space and fully accessible. The D.H. Lawrence Suite features a sumptuous King size bed, living area with flat-panel TV, desk area, closet and one large bathroom with a bathtub for luxurious soaks and separate shower. The D.H. Lawrence Suite is decorated 1920s style including classic chessboard style tiled floors, dark wood furniture with vintage silver and china.
